COVID-19 Vaccination

Lo and behold - as the year rumbles and steers on, here it is: a change with COVID-19 vaccination requirements on the Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record aka Form I-693!

As of January 22, 2025, USCIS is setting aside the requirement for COVID-19 vaccination for applicants filing for adjustment of status to that of lawful permanent resident of the United States.

So, there will be no Request for Evidence or Notice of Intent to Deny an application as a result of missing COVID-19 vaccination! Amen!
